Industry veteran returns to Cygnet West

Cygnet West’s Valuations and Advisory team has been bolstered with the announcement of another significant senior appointment, as the agency has moved into 2022 as an independent firm.

Enzo Evangelista recently joined the team as Director, Valuations and Advisory Services, bringing with him more than two decades of experience across senior positions at Herron Todd White, Knight Frank London, Westpac, Stanton Hillier Parker and the Western Australian Valuer General’s Office.

The firm has welcomed back industry veteran John Del Dosso, to head up the Valuations and Advisory division following a three-year stint with WA developer Aigle Royal Group. Del Dosso first joined Colliers in 2004, and was with the firm for more than 14 years.

Cygnet West’s Chief Executive Officer Imran Mohiuddin said the appointments added more than six decades of combined industry experience and in-depth knowledge to the Valuations and Advisory team, underscoring its position as WA’s leading client offering.

“These are two outstanding additions to our team, and really highlight the depth of experience and local knowledge we’re able to offer in the WA market,” he said.

“John is an outstanding operator who is highly regarded by private, institutional and Government clients, having provided feasibility and valuations advice on some of WA’s most significant property and infrastructure projects – including Elizabeth Quay, Perth City Link and the Murdoch Activity Centre.

“He was a part of our family for almost 15 years, and we are delighted to welcome him back to take up the reins of our Valuations and Advisory division as we move into a new era for our firm”
