With over 28 years’ experience in the property sector Wayne is one of the most highly experienced commercial property sales experts in Western Australia.

Over the last 12 months, as Partner, Commercial Agency (Capital Markets) Wayne been involved in the sale of more office assets than most other agents. He has transacted over $600mil worth of property, the largest of those being that of 140 St Georges Terrace, which sold for $272.5mil and London House which sold for $102mil.

This success has been recognised at a National level, with Wayne being an integral part of the Team which won the 2022 RICS Australia: Agency Team of the Year.

Since 2008, Wayne has held several directorship roles with Cygnet West, firstly in Valuations then the Investment Services division.

In 2015 a change of employment saw him take up a position at Aigle Royal as General Manager, Property Investments where he oversaw the acquisition, development management and asset management of several substantial commercial, retail, and industrial projects.

Prior to that, his role as Director, Investment Sales saw him transact a wide range of commercial properties.
