Cheryl is personally responsible for the management of:
• 256 Adelaide Terrace, Perth – 17,500sqm / 51 Tenants
• The Old Swan Brewery – 12,000sqm / 33 Tenants
• Main Roads WA portfolio – in excess of 500,000sqm/180 Tenants and the vacant land portfolio ranging in size and location across WA
In addition to working across a variety of asset classes within the Real Estate sector, Cheryl has vast experience in Office, Industrial, Retail, Strata and Retirement Living Management. Cheryl has been responsible for overseeing the operations of six Western Australian based Retirement Living Villages which promote the dignity, independence, self-determination, privacy, and choice of each resident, whilst upholding state standards and promoting the values, policies, and protocols of the organisation.
