Cygnet West Adds Strength to Growing Team

Cygnet West has made two key appointments to its industry-leading team, with new additions to the agency’s Facilities Management and Retail divisions.

Ian Burrows has rejoined Cygnet West following a brief stint at another agency, and will take on the role of Director Facility Management and Project Management Services. Mr Burrows’ return follows three other recent appointments to Cygnet West’s Facility and Project Management arm, which has also won significant new scopes of work from clients including Fiveight, Frasers Suites and Reading Cinemas in recent months. As Director, Facilities and Project Management, Mr Burrows will focus on further growing new business and on identifying strategic and tactical opportunities for the business.

Cygnet West’s retail agency team has also grown, with the appointment of Clinton Turner as Senior Leasing and Sales Executive. A qualified valuer, Mr Turner brings to Cygnet West a diverse range of experience across large format and CBD retail leasing and sales.

Cygnet West Chief Executive Imran Mohiuddin said the appointments of Mr Burrows and Mr Turner added further strength and depth to the agency’s offering.

“Both are fantastic additions to our team, and it’s particularly pleasing to have Ian rejoin us so quickly – reinforcing Cygnet West’s position within the industry as an employer of choice,” Mr Mohiuddin said.
“The continued growth of our team reinforces our standing as a leading commercial agency in the WA market, and ensures we can continue to deliver our clients the outstanding level of service that sets us apart.”
