Cygnet West appoints Director to drive WA Advisory Services

Cygnet West has made a significant appointment to its Valuation Research & Advisory division, with Michael Veletta joining the firm as Director | Real Estate Advisory.

A seasoned expert with over 30 years in property, Mr Veletta joins Cygnet West most recently from CBRE where he held the position of a Senior Director at CBRE in Valuations. During his time in this role Mr Veletta fostered the professional growth of Valuers under his leadership, explored alternative business enhancement strategies and fostered industry-wide engagement.

Cygnet West Chief Executive Imran Mohiuddin said the appointment of Mr Veletta would substantially boost the firm’s Valuation, Research & Advisory business.
