Winner – 2022 RICS Australia: Real Estate Agency Team of The Year

We are delighted to announce Cygnet West is the Winner of the RICS Australia: Real Estate Agency Team of the Year for 2022.

This prestigious national award recognises agencies or teams who demonstrate excellence in providing agency services related to the acquisition, sale, or leasing of properties in the office, retail, industrial or residential sectors, with the judges commending Cygnet West for teamwork and the ability to deliver positive outcomes for clients.

The Award also acknowledged our Agency team’s ability to excel in the face of strict border restrictions in WA, noting that last year Cygnet West was responsible for 156,000sqm of leasing transactions and $1.2 billion worth of property sales on behalf of clients across all property types – including brokering 94.5% of all CBD office sales worth more than $10 million.
