Senior appointment to boost industry-leading offering
Cygnet West has made a significant appointment to its Facilities and Project Management division, with highly accomplished project manager Alan Pettigrew joining the agency.
Mr Pettigrew joins Cygnet West from Nexus Developments, where he was a Senior Project Manager.
His expertise, developed over 13 years in the property sector, encompasses all aspects of project management, design and construction, and commercial and industrial development.
Having held senior positions at Mineral Resources, Scentre Group and HBO+EMTB, Mr Pettigrew has been involved with some of Perth’s most significant projects in recent years, highlighted by his role and involvement with the redevelopment and expansion of Westfield Carousel.
Other major projects Mr Pettigrew has overseen include BGC’s Tribeca apartment complex in Rivervale, several new buildings at Murdoch University and Mineral Resources’ developments.
A qualified architect, Mr Pettigrew also holds a Master of Science in Construction Management, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Architecture.
Cygnet West Chief Executive Imran Mohiuddin said the appointment of Mr Pettigrew would substantially bolster the agency’s Facilities and Project Management division. “Alan will be a fantastic addition to our team and will add significantly to our experience and expertise in project management,” Mr Mohiuddin said.
“His impressive track record of managing a diverse range of major projects over the past 13 years, including WA’s biggest shopping centre expansion, will add a new layer to our industry-leading offering.”
