Dustin’s passion for commercial property, drive to succeed and ability to execute has seen him become a market leader in the office leasing sector, successfully brokering well in excess of 300 leasing transactions. In recent years Dustin has completed some of Perth’s largest transactions, including the project leasing of one of Perth newest and best office buildings, Capital Square Tower 2.

In addition to large scale transactions, since 2014, Dustin has formed a formidable partnership with Daniel Taylor (Partner, Commercial Leasing), specialising in the repositioning of difficult assets. Working closely with landlords and their stakeholders to bring new and innovative ideas to the table, Dustin and Daniel have implemented repositioning strategies that have resulted in highly successful leasing campaigns in challenging markets.

Dustin has also been a keynote speaker at some of the industry’s most prominent events, including delivering the Property Council of Australia Office Market Report in 2018 and 2020.
