PropertyIQ is the leading, cloud-based strata management platform, built with both functionality and intuitive design, it allows Owners to access their data securely, from any location.
Bing Technology
Bing is a communication solution allowing seamless document preparation and secure sending. It allows tracking on all mail issued, using on-demand processing and rapid mail production.
Our Strata and Community Management Team were recognised at the recent CHU Strata Community Association of WA Awards event, with Ali Qamar, Partner, Head of Strata and Community Management the very worthy winner of the 2022 Essay Award. In addition the Cygnet West Strata and Communities Team were Runner Up in the Strata Community Management – Medium Size Business Category and Amy Cooper, Senior Strata and Operations Manager a Finalist in the Senior Strata Manager/Community Manager category.
