Our Commercial Property Management division consists of 14 real estate professionals managing more than 600 properties across the office and industrial sectors in metro and regional WA. The team take an active approach to property management by continuously analysing building maintenance, performance, and compliance as well as tenant engagement and retention.
The team are dedicated to evolving and preserving strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The experience and knowledge across our diverse business enables the team to work collaboratively with our Research, Valuations, Sales and Leasing Experts providing our Clients with a high level of service, trust and advice based on years of experience and expertise.
