Tony Davis to Oversee WA’s Landmark Coastal Assets at Cygnet West
Cygnet West is pleased to announce the appointment of Tony Davis as Senior Manager, Retail.
Tony brings a wealth of experience in property and retail management, having led international consultancy projects and large-scale developments. His strategic insight and deep industry knowledge will be a valuable asset to the business.
Tony has joined Cygnet West as a part of the team that manages the Transport Portfolio Land and Property Services (TPLPS) South Metropolitan and Regional Maritime Facilities portfolio, which spans 29 properties across Western Australia. This includes sites such as Bunbury Boat Harbour and Albany Waterfront Marina, supporting tourism, retail, and marine industries across more than 3.5 million square metres of land and water assets. Encompassing properties from Broome to Esperance.
