Lavan Secures New Headquarters at Nine The Esplanade with Cygnet West Tenant Representation

After more than 35 years at 1 William Street, Perth, Lavan will relocate to Nine The Esplanade, a premium 19-storey commercial tower situated in the heart of Elizabeth Quay. The move marks a significant milestone for Lavan as they prepare for future growth and embrace a contemporary workplace environment.

Designed by internationally acclaimed architectural firms REX and Hassell, Nine The Esplanade was completed in 2025 and is jointly owned by Brookfield and Cbus Property. The building offers state-of-the-art amenities including a business lounge, co-working spaces, and conference facilities, all thoughtfully integrated to complement its prime waterfront location.

Lavan has secured 3,738 sqm across levels 5 and 6, providing ample space to accommodate up to 300 employees and support the firm’s long-term expansion plans. The relocation is scheduled for late 2027, positioning Lavan among other prestigious tenants such as Inpex, Multiplex, EY, and Hub Australia.
