Cygnet West strengthens Industrial Agency as WA enters a new growth cycle

Cygnet West has expanded its Industrial Agency division with the appointment of Jorin Stamatiou as Executive – Industrial Agency, and the internal transfer of Daniel Abisedon from Commercial Sales into the Industrial team as Executive – Industrial Agency. The division is led by Greg O’Meara (Director – Industrial Agency), who has transacted more than $900 million across industrial, commercial, hotel and agribusiness over the past 15 years, supported by Senior Executive Martin Vogt (nearly three decades’ experience) and Executive Kash Braddock, who adds emerging capability in research, asset management and economics.

Western Australia’s industrial market is poised for structural growth, underpinned by two national initiatives. The AUKUS‑aligned $12 billion expansion of the Henderson Defence Precinct will deliver continuous shipbuilding and submarine sustainment in WA, supporting over 10,000 jobs and catalysing defence‑adjacent industry. In parallel, the US–Australia Critical Minerals Framework is accelerating an US$8.5 billion pipeline of projects, including WA’s Alcoa–Sojitz Gallium Recovery Project targeting up to 10% of global gallium supply, strengthening supply chains for advanced manufacturing and defence technologies.
