Cygnet West Launches Pop Up Place to Meet Growing Demand for Flexible Retail Spaces

Cygnet West, in collaboration with Crenex, has launched Pop Up Place, a cutting edge digital platform designed to streamline the process of securing short-term retail spaces across Western Australia.

The Perth-based real estate agency introduced Pop Up Place in response to growing demand for flexible leasing options, as retailers seek agile ways to connect with customers and landlords look to activate vacant spaces quickly and efficiently

“Retailers are looking for dynamic, cost-effective ways to reach new audiences without the long-term commitment of traditional leases,” Cygnet West Director, Retail Agency, Ahmad Ibrahimi said.

At the same time, landlords want to maximise occupancy and drive foot traffic. Pop Up Place bridges that gap, offering a streamlined solution for both sides.”

Unlike traditional casual mall leasing models, Pop Up Place is a fully digital platform, allowing retailers to search, book, and manage retail spaces online with ease.

For landlords, Pop Up Place simplifies the leasing process by digitising contracts and payments, streamlining administration, and providing an efficient way to manage casual leasing across multiple sites.

“Pop Up Place isn’t just another leasing tool—it’s designed to support both landlords and retailers with a hassle-free, flexible approach that fits today’s fast-moving retail environment,” Mr. Ibrahimi added.

The exclusive Pop-Up Place launch event will be held at the Cygnet West offices on 20 February, bringing together key players from the retail and property sectors to explore how pop-ups are shaping the future of retail in today’s digital-driven world.
