Cygnet West is proud to announce its appointment to provide property management services for the iconic Wanneroo Markets, a retail landmark in Perth’s northern suburbs since 1980.

Known for its award‑winning, locally grown produce and vibrant atmosphere, Wanneroo Markets has long been a true weekend destination. With over 100 stalls, a bustling food court, and a bar area, the Markets continue to evolve in line with the rapid growth of the surrounding region.

Located at 33 Prindiville Drive, Wangara, the Markets hold a special place within the local community, offering variety, quality, and a unique shopping experience for visitors of all ages.

As part of the new appointment, Cygnet West will be delivering an integrated suite of management services, including:

• Tenant Liaison:
  Building strong relationships with stallholders, ensuring open communication, responsiveness, and consistent support to help businesses thrive.
• Retail Leasing:
  Managing leasing strategy and negotiations to optimise occupancy, strengthen the tenancy mix, and support long‑term commercial performance.
• Pop Up Place (Casual Mall Leasing):
  Providing flexible short‑term retail opportunities to activate space, support small business owners, and enhance the overall tenant mix.
• Facilities Management:
  Overseeing maintenance, operations, and presentation of the Markets to ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment.
