With a Bachelor of Commerce, Majoring in Property, from Curtin University, Tim has been with Cygnet West for almost 10 years.

Tim has a deep understanding of the retail market, having worked initially in a leasing role across shopping centre project leasing, supermarket, pad site and high street assignments.

Over the last 5 years, Tim progressed to being the lead agent on the sale of some of Perth’s largest sites across various sectors.

Tim’s extensive understanding of the retail market and his desire to drive the best outcomes for Cygnet West clients, has resulted in the creation of the most comprehensive shopping centre database in WA. The database was modelled from Tim’s exhaustive research, spending over 1,000 hours visiting every centre in the Perth metropolitan area.
