Patrick has a large and versatile skillset in leadership, facilities management and customer service and currently leads a team of experienced Facilities Managers across Perth for Cygnet West.

He shares the experience and savoir-faire he has gained in many different industries, with the aim of delivering service excellence to our clients.

Patrick has developed a customer focused approach to facilities management, where his exceptional communication and customer service skills allow him to provide the highest standard of services to our clients and their tenants.

His strong skillset in contractor management and safety requirements, enables him to successfully drive compliancy within Cygnet West’s Facilities Management division, ensuring our clients’ interests are protected as their assets are well maintained.

Patrick relocated from France in 2008, after a successful career in hospitality and transport.

He worked in the mining industry for 7 years, where he developed a taste for facilities management, contractor management and safety and was repeatedly promoted in different facilities and logistics supervisory roles. Patrick then worked in different facilities management and leadership roles, for both tenants and building owners, which further strengthened his understanding of the various aspects of building and property management.
