Professional Summary

Amy commenced her employment at Cygnet West in 2020, bringing with her 14 years of strata management experience in the fast-paced NSW strata property sector.

In addition to her experience, Amy possesses rare insight and a wealth of ideas, as to how Cygnet West can work to improve the strata profession, to close the gap between WA, and the more established strata industries found in the Eastern States.

Amy’s philosophy is to build success and prosperity for her clients by understanding their needs, adding value to their assets and working alongside them to achieve their objectives, at every stage of the property journey.

Amy’s easy-going, friendly personality and sense of humour are underpinned by years of expertise and well-placed confidence in her strata knowledge. In her many years in the industry, Amy has handled almost every situation possible, from major building defects to persistent neighbour disputes, and tackles each one with an organised and calm approach, coupled with a can-do attitude.

Prior to arriving in WA, Amy commenced at Civium Property Group in September 2016 in the role of Strata Manager where she managed a diverse portfolio of approximately 1000 lots, before being promoted to Division Manager, a role which involved management of a team of strata professionals, plus her own portfolio of 1500 lots. In 2017 Amy was promoted to the role of2IC to the General Manager.

Amy is a keen advocate of the Young People in Strata initiative which encourages an inclusive environment in which new and/or young strata managers are able to build connections via senior industry mentors to increase their professional network.

In addition, Amy is a member of the Cygnet West Next Gen program, which is a formal, internal mentoring process providing the future leaders of Cygnet West with personal development and mentorship opportunities.

Amy is consistently the highest recipient of five-star Google reviews in Cygnet West and was recently recognised for her contribution to the business by being promoted to Senior Strata and Operations Manager.
