Shweta is a part of the Advisory Services division of Cygnet West, comprising Valuation, Research and Advisory. Shweta’s professional experience includes the valuation of commercial, industrial, retail and residential real estate as well as development sites across NSW. Those projects included: feasibility studies, risk analysis and market research.
Shweta is a highly organised, motivated professional with a Master of Property Development and 10 years practical experience in the Valuation Industry across NSW and India. Shweta has a good understanding of all aspects of valuation and project feasibility.
Post-her MBA Shweta started her property career with Cushman and Wakefield (India) in the Valuation and Feasibility Team. She worked on multi-city greenfield projects for private clients. Most of these projects required feasibility analysis, extensive market analysis and staged development recommendations.
Shweta commenced at Landmark White/Acumentis working on residential development and feasibility valuations of apartments, land subdivisions and townhouses. She then moved to the commercial team, undertaking office valuations for private investors and banking institutions. Office reports ranged from strata titled spaces to multi-tenanted buildings. Subsequently, her experience evolved to include retail, medical and heritage assets. In the retail space, she has experience in a broad range of assets – from standalone shops to multi-tenanted arcades and shopping malls.
Shweta’s professional accomplishments include:
•Valuation of all property types for financial institutions, private sector and government agencies.
•Feasibility analysis of proposed projects including subdivisions and residential apartment developments, as well as industrial developments.
•Due diligence programmes for property investment (project/risk assessment) involving detailed market research and analysis.
